Services

60 Minutes

$100

A 60-minute treatment massage is a great amount of time to fit in one major area of concern-like back, neck and shoulders while still fitting in a busy schedule.

90 Minutes

$150

A 90- minute treatment massage allows us to work in multiple areas and use multiple modalities. This is great if you want a full body massage or need multiple injuries addressed.

My style of massage is diverse and uses a number of techniques.

My Treatment Specialties:

  • Sciatic Nerve Pain

The sciatic nerve runs from your low back to the bottom of your foot. The nerve is able to get hung up on various structures along its path or restricted by tight muscles. Massage can help to allow the nerve to have more space and loosen the restrictions along the nerve path.

  • Abdominal Massage

Abdominal massage is a soothing technique to help with stool movement, integrating normal movement in the body, and releasing fascial restriction in the abdominal cavity. Not to mention we have some hard-working muscles in this area that need attention from time to time!

  • Visceral Manipulation

This is a very gentle approach to unwind fascial restriction that can happen with repetitive movements or acute injury. By unwinding restriction in the viscera, we can create more full body movements or more movement of a specific affected joint. It’s so gentle and amazingly relieving.

  • Postpartum massage

Abdominal and visceral manipulation for women postpartum to help to body reorganize and relieve and release and scar tissue that occurs during the childbirth process from C-Sections and visceral fascial adhesions. This can also be helpful for diastases and other tight pelvic floor muscles.

  • Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

Massage Therapy to release fascial tension and restriction to compressed nerves in cervical spine and rib area to relieve nerve pain in the upper extremity.

  • IT Band Syndrome

  • Chronic and acute low back pain

  • Plantar Fasciitis

  • Achilles Tendonitis

  • Scar tissue restrictions and adhesions

  • Fascia-Related Muscle Pain and Stiffness

  • Neck and shoulder pain

  • Migraines and tension headaches

My favorite thing about massage therapy is figuring out why someone movement pattern has made their posture cause an injury. I love manipulating fascia and muscle tissue to work in a bodies favor, not against it. We are all puzzles :)
