I have been coaching running and endurance athletes both in the gym and online since 2015. It brings me so much joy finding a nutrition and training plan that improves my athletes’ lives and helps that achieve their goals. I take into account training history, diet and lifestyle history, future goals, work schedules and life schedules to curate (and endlessly tweak) plans that work for each individual person.
